Home Repair
NOAHH is preserving communities through our Home Repair Services program.
Home Repair Services is an owner-occupied service that provides a variety of minor home repairs, interior, and exterior, based on deferred maintenance, acute damage, and daily wear and tear. This program helps low-income, elderly, and or disabled homeowners who may struggle to manage necessary repairs on their own. Home Repair Services volunteers will help homeowners with exterior painting, exterior handicap ramps and other accessibility needs, minor exterior repairs, yard clean-up & landscaping, and sidewalk repairs.

What We Repair
Typical repairs include sheetrock, painting, carpentry, doors, windows, flooring, and minor plumbing or electrical repairs. This list is not all-inclusive. Roofing is not currently included.
An approved scope of work is developed after your home is assessed by NOAHH personnel.
