New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity would like to thank you for your interest in joining our mission to eliminate poverty housing in the greater New Orleans area. It is volunteers like you that make the dream of owning a home, a reality for our partner families.

As of April 16th, 2008, our minimum age requirement is 16 years of age at the time of volunteering to participate on our construction site.

16-17 years of age: Please register with an adult. All minors must be accompanied by an adult that is at least 21 years of age. For those under 16 years of age: Please contact our office for a list of organizations that work with minors.

Step 1: Register online. The online process is simple and will take less than fifteen minutes. Please save your login information for future changes to your profile or to schedule additional dates to volunteer.

Step 2:

To continue to register as an individual: After completing the online orientation, you will be directed to our Construction Calendar where you can sign up for the dates you would like to work. You can return to this page to either change your dates, add new dates, or view the dates you are currently signed up for.

To continue to register as a group of 14 or less please go to Groups after Step 1. If you will be volunteering with others, please register as a group.
