I, Oscar Oliney, was born in New Orleans to Corrine Oliney. I’m her oldest son, and I love my mother. I married Michelle Dickens in 1997. We have three daughters: Pamela (38), Terrinette (29), Rochelle (22) and three sons: Corey (35), Oscar Oliney Jr. (18), and Sean (15). I am employed by Sodexo at Loyola University.
My landlord put his house for sale in July 2015, so I called Habitat for help, because I didn’t want to be put outside with our children. So I prayed and God answered our prayer, God allowed Habitat to come through for our family.
Philippians 4:13 says I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me. We have always wanted a house of our own. God Bless You All.
