Habitat for Humanity's Women Build program promotes the involvement of women in the construction of Habitat houses. Now in its third year, this program continues to be successful. Our next build will be in May 2007.  Information about volunteer opportunities will be posted soon!

The Women Build program was started by Habitat for Humanity International and has been very succesful at Habitat affiliates around the world.  Since 2003, the program has more than doubled in size. To date, women crews have built nearly 800 Habitat for Humanity homes in 14 countries, and the program is growing across international borders to empower women everywhere to address the problem of poverty housing for themselves, their families and their neighbors.
