Sponsor a Home

Contributing to the construction of a quality, affordable home is one of the most tangible investments that an individual, family or organization can make in our community.

New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity partner families benefit in many ways from the financial support of sponsorships, and we know that you, your family or your organization will be enriched by the experience of supporting a hard working, low-income family in the construction of a new home or the preservation of their existing home.

Companies benefit from the opportunity to involved their employees in positive team-building activities.  They also enjoy increased visibility in the community and a boost in employee morale.  Partner congregations benefit from the opportunity to put their faith in action.  The experience creates fellowship in a positive, team-building situation.  Many organizations gain a better understanding of affordable housing issues and are inspired to take action.  In addition to these intrinsic benefits, Habitat also strives to offer meaningful sponsor recognition as described below.  Please take a moment to reflect on the value of these experiences for your group.
